| Black Jack | We were neighbors at an event at Chilhowee Park last December, 2018. (My wife had the pour paintings.) Lousy weather but great neighbors. Now that the weather is nice, I smoked some ribs today and basted them at the end with the Black Jack Sauce and let the sauce caramelize a bit. Although my family loves sauce, I am the hold out for smoke and rub and nothing else....but the Black Jack Sauce was excellent. It added a little zing and a nice flavor without killing the flavor of the rub and smoke. Great stuff! 5 stars for sure. I can't wait to try the Sweet Heat next. - Bill from Knoxville, TN

| Sweet Heat | When I took a bottle home, I truly thought, "Doesn't all BBQ sauce taste the same?" Okay, with maybe some different spices here and there. I opened it up and tasted it. I wasn't only pleasantly surprised but I kept going to the refrigerator wanting more, just to savor in my mouth. Well the bottle didn't last long and most was consumed by "savorying my taste buds." The sauce has an easy kick of spices, not too many though. I love the "chunckyness" of the sauce. The taste is true BBQ at it's finest! I'm known as the "picky" eater and the only bad thing about this is that I don't have anymore left :( I already placed my order though, not to fret. If you've tasted one BBQ sauce, you've "tasted" them all, right? N-O-P-E! I'd be shocked if there is one person who doesn't truly love this sauce. I'm a lifelong lover of Uncle Bob's Backyard BBQ! |

So, a few weekends ago my hubby, my friend and I were having a BBQ in my back yard when Judy, my friend, started to marinate the chicken in garlic and soy sauce... once the grill gets going I then coat all the chicken with Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce at which time Judy yells at me because she doesn't like BBQ sauce on everything? I wanted to give you my personal opinion about your BBQ sauce. I have no problem saying something taste like crap no matter who cooks it because I BBQ myself and have been for 20 years. I thought it was the best I've ever had! Way better than Baby Rays and the likes. I normally never microwave BBQ anything but when that sauce hit that meat, it was magic, I was upset I was eating it all and the more I ate the less there was...I was worried I would not have anymore to eat. - Eric from Sumner, WA
